If you are looking for a job or freelance gig then just send a twit about what you’re looking for and add the #tweepseek hashtag in there somewhere. Conversely if you are an employer looking to fill a position then use #tweephunt.  TweepJob tracks tweets based on these #hashtags to let you know what others are looking for.
