In my 3D Panel explorer a reader pointed out that there was an issue with scrolling a Panel that was transformed in 3D. You can see an example below. Just try scrolling the Panel to the far right.

Here is the bug that been a bug submitted for this issue. I’m uncertain if it’s a Flex framework bug or a bug in the Flash Player, or both. But if you run into this in your own development at least you know you’re not the only one.
