Remember, people are already using Facebook, Twitter and email which are great but leave them vulnerable and sometimes uncertain to the trustworthiness of a message. But much of what Iâ€™ve suggested may be overkill. I believe that if an open platform were created that effectively supported a minimum amount of what Iâ€™ve suggested then the community at large could evolve this into a very effective tool for spreading freedom to those who are willing to work for it.

Without a doubt Adobe is trying to add new communications capabilities to the Flash player, such as SIP. Itâ€™s exciting to think about the Flash player becoming the nexus for any and all forms of communication.

Wow, this reminds me of Little Brother a whole lot. It's a lot like this, only it's American kids fighting the Department of Homeland Security. It's available for free online, I highly recommend it.
